Roja Kiran Basukala
Roja Kiran Basukala is the Deputy Director at the Nepal Telecommunications Authority and Vice President of the Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation. She has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering. Roja has been awarded the National ICT Excellence Award 2022 (Women) and has been a strong advocate for gender equality in ICT. She has also initiated Girls in ICT campaigns in Nepal to promote more women and girls in the ICT sector.
